RV SITES POLICIES
- Prices based on 2 adults and 2 children (6 or younger). Max 6 people per RV.
- All daily sites include FREE: Instant phone, cable, water, sewer, garbage, wireless high-speed Internet (does not include monthly).
- We accept Good Sams, TACO, AAA, AARP and Escapees Discounts.
- ADDITIONAL FEES FOR EXTRA PERSON
- DAILY: $4 per person 6 and older
- WEEKLY: $16 per person 6 and older
- MONTHLY ADDITIONAL FEES
- EXTRA PERSON: $30 per person (over 2 adults and any over 6 years old)
- ELECTRICITY: Charged by KW used
- HIGH SPEED INTERNET: $30

SUITES AND CABINS PROCEDURES AND POLICIES
- All suites and cabins are non-smoking. If there is smoking, odor of smoke, or damage from smoking, a $150.00 per day cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card
- For stays of less then a week we require full payment upon making reservation
- If staying more then a week we require 1/2 the rental amount for deposit
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- Cancellation is required at least 48 hours in advance or you will be charged one nights stay plus tax
- Check-in is after 3:00PM. Check-out is at 11:00AM
- Make prior arrangments with our office staff if you need to check-in later then 8:00PM
- All posted rates are based on double occupancy, with a $10.00 per additional occupant charge in select cabins
- Maximun cabin occupancies are designed for your comfort and are strictly enforced
- Rates are subject to applicable taxes and can change without notice
- Some of our cabins are pet friendlly with an additional charge of $10.00 per pet per day
- No pets over 25lbs
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and agree to pay for any charges that may arise from said damage
- No lit candles will be allowed in any of our suites or cabins
